This year I hope to take charge of all of these things with my best foot forward, and my head held high." <br /><br /> Yesterday was the second time this week that I had to miss Tempest training at Valley crossfit. I'm kinda bummed that I didn't get to work on my killer six-pack, but I did get a good day of work in.
